Create the happy, peaceful and satisfying life that you deserve with these gentle and highly effective therapies - guaranteed!
Based on new discoveries regarding how the brain works, EFT and PSTEC have proven successful in improving all kinds of emotional and performance issues. They can quickly enable you to:
Eradicate anxieties; resolve difficult relationship issues; improve your sports, academic or artistic performance; overcome fears; let go of addictions; resolve weight problems; work through grief and much more. EFT and PSTEC are very effective, yet gentle, methods of bringing about change.
You can download a free manual that will teach you how to do basic EFT at the 'Resources' section of this website. However, it is always useful to have a professional practitioner to help you, especially if you are just beginning, have a serious problem or have become stuck in your progress.
I am Karen Bell, a compassionate Advanced Level 3 EFT Practitioner and Advanced PSTEC practitioner. I offer face-to-face consultations in and around Bristol and over the phone across the UK, as well as internationally by Skype. I have trained at the EFT Centre in London, am accredited by the AAMET and have been using EFT intensively as a practitioner since 2005 and PSTEC since 2012.
Because EFT works so quickly and does not normally involve long term therapy, it is very cost effective. It is life changing and the results are highly reliable. If you are not completely satisfied after your first session, then you will not be expected to pay.
Please feel free to ring and talk over the decision to come for therapy. Many people are understandably uncertain whether this will help them, but I can assure you that my clients have told me that their lives have completely changed as a result of our work together. It is a really worthwhile and fascinating journey that you will not regret. I will help you to create a peaceful, happy and satisfying life.
Note: While EFT has produced remarkable changes in many emotional and physical issues to date, it should not be used instead of appropriate medical care.
